Pavan joined Stanhope Capital in January 2024 as Head of Human Resources.

In her role, she is responsible for driving business strategy and fostering high performance while delivering operational excellence for the organisation globally.

Pavan is an experienced CIPD professional with over 15 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining Stanhope Capital, she spent 7 years at Bain Capital Private Equity. She began her career as a Graduate Transformational Consultant at Prudential. She is an alumna of Reading University and Thames Valley University, where she studied History and Human Resource Management.

Pavan is passionate about youth education, career mentoring, and expanding opportunities for underrepresented individuals.
