Franck is the Founder and CEO of Silver Creek Development. Franck initiates and formalizes the investment strategy, from sourcing new acquisitions and developments projects to the management of investors relations.

Previously, Franck managed Aerium Group in London and led the launch of 12 pan-European real estate private equity funds with investment volume of over $14 bn, 660 properties in 14 countries across Europe from the UK to Turkey. Franck also launched Aeriance, a real estate debt fund that originated over $3 bn of commercial and residential loans. In leading the management of the business, he oversaw all investment and structured financing strategies, and acted as a special property advisor on newly customized funds.

With over 28 years of experience in real estate investment, development and asset management in North America and Europe, Franck previously worked at W.P. Carey, a NY-based REIT, where he focused on US asset management issues, from lease work outs, refinancing, redevelopments to disposals as well as international acquisitions. Franck began his career at REM Finance where he contributed to the rapid growth of the firm through the completion of over 18,000 apartment rental units across the US.

Franck received a BA in Economics and Finance and an MSc from Université de Paris X before earning an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business. He is a member of the NYU Stern Executive Board, the International Board of the Cleveland Clinic and the Real Estate Advisory Board of Stanhope Capital.
